To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Carefully pack your item in its original packaging with all documentation. Include your return authorization number.
We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
